Duet sessions.
For you and a friend! A duet session designed for personalized attention with the opportunity of a shared experience. With two people per session, clients can enjoy the benefit of intentional, core-strengthening movements while an instructor will ensure proper form. Rooted in connection and powered by balance, these sessions build strength, stability, and confidence—one breath at a time.
Group classes.
Find your flow in our group classes —where community meets movement in an energizing, supportive experience. Whether it's a mat or reformer class, our sessions are designed to help you discover your resilience and stay grounded. Just took my first class at Rooted, and I'm officially obsessed. I've never done anything like this before, but Lauren - owner, instructor and total movement guru - made it such an empowering experience. Her knowledge of anatomy and how the body actually works is next level, and the way the class flowed just felt so good. It was fun, challenging and somehow exactly what I needed. If you've been thinking about trying Pilates, Rooted is the spot. 10/10 recommend.

I've been to a few sessions with Lauren, and I honestly can't say enough great things about Rooted! The vibe is so welcoming, the space is beautifully and I'm completely hooked with the way that Pilates makes my body feel. Even though it's a challenging workout, I leave each session feeling relaxed and energized. I'm always amazed that I feel great for days after each session. As a mom of three, I've struggled with rebuilding my core strength, but after just one Pilates session, I knew I had found the perfect way to target those deep core muscles. Lauren is incredibly skilled in what she does, always pushing me to the next level in the best way. Private sessions are great, but it's also extremely fun to go with a friend. I can't recommend it enough!

Great, clean space. Lauren is welcoming and encouraging, and able to guide you through the movements without making you feel like you're doing it wrong. As a person heavily involved in the fitness community for the last decade, a weekly reset without heavy weights and letting my muscles stretch and move has been a welcomed addition to my routine. Highly recommend!
